Your data
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026 · Effective date: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, why it is collected, and the choices you have. It applies to cleanbootlab.com and any subdomains operated by the publisher.
Who is responsible. This site is operated by Cesar Josephine, an individual publisher located at 12812 SW 30th St, Apt 114, Miramar, FL 33027, United States. For any privacy question, contact privacy@cleanbootlab.com.
The short version
- No account is required and none is offered.
- No optional cookies are set before you consent.
- Personal information is never sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- The only personal data actively collected is what you type into the contact form.
Information collected
1. Information you provide
This website has no server-side form processing and no database. The contact form does not submit anything to this site: it opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, which you then choose to send or discard. If you do send it — or write to the published address directly — the publisher receives your name, your email address and whatever you wrote, by ordinary email. That is used solely to answer you and is kept for as long as the correspondence needs, and generally no longer than 24 months.
2. Information collected automatically
Like nearly all websites, the hosting provider records standard server log data when a page is requested: IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, referring page and a timestamp. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are retained by the hosting provider for 30 days.
3. Analytics and advertising
The site is built to support Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, but at the time of writing neither is active: no measurement or advertising identifier is configured, so nothing is requested from Google and no analytics or advertising cookie is set on any visit. This section describes what would happen if they are switched on later, and it will be dated and updated at that point.
If they are enabled, they would run only after you accept the matching category in the cookie
banner. Those services may then set cookies and process an IP address, device and browser information,
and the pages viewed. All four Google Consent Mode signals — analytics_storage,
ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization — default to
denied and are updated only to reflect your choice.
Where these services are used, Google acts as an independent controller or as a processor depending on the service. Information about Google's handling of data is published by Google at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement using Google's browser add-on.
4. Third-party content
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. That is the only third-party request any page makes. Your
browser contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which receive
your IP address and user-agent in order to deliver the font files. Google states that the Fonts
service sets no cookies and does not use these requests for advertising; the request still happens
before you make a cookie choice, because a stylesheet is not storage and the site cannot render text
without it. Aside from fonts, no third-party content is embedded: no social widgets, no comment
system, no video embeds, no outbound advertising and no external links of any kind.

Cookies
Cookies and similar storage are described in detail in the Cookie Policy. Only a strictly necessary entry recording your consent choice is stored before you decide. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link, available in the footer of every page.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold, rented or traded. It may be processed by service providers acting on the publisher's behalf — the hosting provider, the email provider, and, where you have consented, the analytics and advertising providers named above. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect legal rights.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you have the right to know what personal information is collected and for what purpose, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. This site does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Other US states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas — have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion and opt-out, and may appeal a refused request by writing to the contact address above.
Making a request
Email privacy@cleanbootlab.com with the request and enough information to locate your data. Requests are answered within 45 days. Verification may be requested where the data is sensitive; no fee is charged for a reasonable request.
Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the address above and it will be deleted.
Security and transfers
The site is served over HTTPS and access to any collected information is limited to the publisher. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Service providers used may process data in the United States; where data is transferred from the EEA or UK, providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browser Do Not Track signals are not currently standardised and are not acted on. A Global Privacy Control signal, where sent, is treated as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top will be revised, and material changes will be noted on the home page for a reasonable period.
