Terms of Use

Last updated: August 27, 2026  ·  Effective date: August 27, 2026

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Who operates this site

This site is published by Cesar Josephine, an individual, of Miramar, FL, United States. References to "we", "us" and "the publisher" mean that person.

2. What this site provides

Editorial content: articles, guides, opinions and test results about configuring Microsoft Windows. It is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice, and it is not a support service for any software product.

3. Use at your own risk

Modifying an operating system carries risk, including data loss, loss of functionality and, in some cases, the need to reinstall. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to apply anything described here, for backing up your data first, and for the consequences on your own systems. Do not apply these changes to computers you do not own or administer.

4. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Content may become outdated as Windows changes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or system availability, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Intellectual property

Text, layout, illustrations and code on this site are the property of the publisher and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, or use the content to train commercial models, without written permission.

"Microsoft", "Windows" and related marks belong to Microsoft Corporation. Any other product or project name that appears in an article belongs to its respective owner and is used only to describe, factually and in passing, what the author did on their own computers. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied or claimed.

7. External content

This site does not publish outbound links to third-party websites. If a reference to an external service ever appears, the publisher does not control it and is not responsible for its content, availability or practices, and a reference is never an endorsement.

8. No software distribution

This site publishes writing only. It does not host, mirror, repackage, sell or distribute software of any kind, and it does not direct visitors to any location where software may be obtained.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material through the contact form.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
